Albert began his career with Alpha Creek as an intern right after he graduated from Emory University. His elevated role in the company is a testament to his accounting acumen, work ethic, and dedication.

Albert holds a Master of Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Management from Emory University, double majoring in Russian, East European, and Eurasian Studies. He has 4 years of accounting experience in the real estate industry. Albert moved from Shanghai to Atlanta in 2015 to attend college and has been calling the city home ever since. In his free time, he enjoys watching movies, listening to music, traveling and food hunting.

With a passion for finance and accounting, Arthur brings dedication to his role asSenior Accountant. He plays a pivotal role in setting up new properties and supporting month-end package reviews, contributing to the seamless financial operations of the organization.

Originally from Ivory Coast, Arthur moved to the United States in 2021 to pursue a master’s degree in mathematical finance at Georgia State University, building upon a bachelor’s degree in economics. He began his career with Alpha Creek as an intern, where he gained invaluable experience and steadily advanced within the field.

Driven by a belief in hard work and consistency, Arthur thrives on tackling challenges and fostering growth in his expertise. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, playing table tennis, and exploring creativity through digital painting, poetry writing, and choir performances.

Ashley Davis is a Senior Accountant at Alpha Creek with nine years of experience in property accounting and financial reporting. A University of Houston graduate, Ashley has built expertise in financial analysis, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation, helping support accurate reporting and informed business decisions. She is known for her attention to detail, analytical mindset, and commitment to delivering accurate and timely financial information.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys exploring different genres of music, discovering new films, and spending quality time with family and friends. She values collaboration, continuous learning, and bringing a positive, detail-oriented approach to both her professional and personal life.

As a Controller at Alpha Creek Accounting, Baoyi supervises a team of professionals in managing day-to-day accounting operations. Her responsibilities include overseeing the preparation and review of month-end financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness with deliverables.

Baoyi’s journey at Alpha Creek began as an intern, a role she took on while pursuing her bachelor’s degree at Georgia State University. After earning her bachelor’s degree, Baoyi continued her academic journey at GSU, obtaining a master’s degree to further deepen her expertise in accounting. Her journey from an intern to a Controller position within Alpha Creek highlights her professional growth.

Outside of her professional life, Baoyi finds joy and relaxation in baking. Her passion for baking not only serves as a delightful hobby but also a means of bringing people together through the shared enjoyment of delicious treats.

As a Controller at Alpha Creek Accounting, Becky supervises a team of more than 10 professionals over day-to-day accounting operations for a large portfolio of properties. She also assists in sourcing accounting talent for open positions and the Alpha Creek internship program.

Becky holds a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from Virginia Tech and a Master's in Education Leadership from George Mason University. Prior to joining Alpha Creek, Becky began her career in public accounting with an audit focus where she performed audits, reviews, compilations and taxes primarily for the Washington DC area real estate industry.

In 2005, Becky transitioned to teaching high school mathematics. Becky spent 8 years at Oakton High School in Fairfax County Schools in Virginia, five of which she served as the department chair. After moving to Georgia in 2013, she spent three years teaching in local high schools in Gwinnett and Fulton counties, including two years serving as the department chair.

Becky and her husband, Neil were both born and raised in Virginia, but they now consider Peachtree Corners, Georgia home. They have a son living and working in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania and a daughter living and working in Clemson, South Carolina who make them proud and happy when they visit.

With over eight years of experience, Emma Dalton has helped clients prepare tax returns, manage day-to-day accounting operations, lead complex cleanup and software implementation projects, and provide strategic business and financial guidance. Her ability to translate financial data into actionable insights has made her a trusted advisor to clients across industries. Emma began her accounting career at Alpha Creek as an intern while completing her undergraduate studies at Oglethorpe University. Since graduating, she has built a strong foundation in public accounting and advisory services. Emma joined Bennett Thrasher, where she advanced from intern to Senior Accountant, and later moved to Moore Colson CPAs and Advisors, serving as a Manager in the Business and Financial Advisory department.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys hiking with her chihuahua Honey, reading lots of books, and visiting local art fairs and festivals around Atlanta.

In his role as Assistant Controller for Alpha Creek Accounting, Glenn supervises a team of professionals over day-to-day accounting operations, as well as month end preparation and analysis of financial statements. During his tenure with Alpha Creek, Glenn has managed the accounting of over 20,000 multifamily units. His accounting acumen, timeliness with deliverables and dependability makes him an great asset to the firm.

Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Liberty University. Glenn has over six years of accounting experience, including four years in the real estate industry.

In his free time, Glenn enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah, daughter, Gabbi, and son Grant. He is active in his church community, and enjoys lifting weights, reading, and spending time outdoors.

As a Senior Property Accountant at Alpha Creek, Jack manages the day-to-day accounting for multiple properties and portfolios, working closely with property management teams to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and smooth financial operations.

Jack earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Kennesaw State University and has developed experience across a variety of property accounting platforms through his Alpha Creek career. He enjoys finding practical ways to improve processes, solve complex accounting challenges, and leverage technology to create more efficient workflows for the clients he works with.

Known for his collaborative approach and attention to detail, Jack takes pride in building strong working relationships and delivering accurate financial information that clients and colleagues can rely on. He is committed to continuous learning and providing dependable support that helps drive the success of the properties and teams he serves.

Outside of work, Jack is a foodie who enjoys exploring a variety of restaurants and cuisines, staying active through long distance running, and playing music with his family. He values new experiences, continuous learning, and maintaining a healthy balance between his professional and personal life.

Jake Dawson serves as a Senior Property Accountant at Alpha Creek, where he plays a key role in overseeing the financial performance and reporting of assigned properties. Working closely with operations, asset management, and leadership teams, he helps ensure accurate financial reporting, budget adherence, compliance with accounting standards, and successful month-end and year-end close processes. Jake’s career with Alpha Creek began as an internship after completing his finance degree at Kennesaw State University. Since then, he has continued to grow professionally, leveraging his analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail to support the company's financial objectives. Outside of work, Jake enjoys playing jazz tunes on the clarinet, traveling, and building computers.  

Asa Senior Property Accountant at Alpha Creek, John Henry collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial deliverables, enhancing the organization’s operational efficiency and compliance. John began his journey at Alpha Creek as an intern while earning his bachelor’s degree in finance from Kennesaw State University. He brings a strong analytical mindset and keen attention to detail to every task he undertakes.

Originally fromGeorgia, John enjoys fishing, spending quality time with his girlfriend Kylee, and discovering new spots to eat and unwind.

As Assistant Controller at Alpha Creek Accounting, Latashia supervises a team of accounting professionals responsible for daily accounting operations, month-end reporting, and the review and analysis of financial statements.

Latashia holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Guilford College. With more than 15 years of experience in financial operations, internal controls, team leadership, and process improvement across real estate, property management, and corporate environments, she brings extensive expertise and a commitment to excellence to the Alpha Creek Accounting team.

Originally from North Carolina, Latashia now resides in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and cherished pets.

Nate is a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant at Alpha Creek Services, with a passion for numbers and problem-solving. He works diligently with a team of professionals responsible for day-to-day accounting operations and month-end report package preparation.

Nate began his career with Alpha Creek after graduating from Georgia SouthernUniversity with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting. He has three years of accounting experience in the real estate industry.

AnAtlanta native, Nate enjoys attending live music events, taking his dog Dani on walks, and watching live sports.

As a Controller at Alpha Creek Accounting, Ryan supervises a team of professionals managing day-to-day accounting operations. His responsibilities include overseeing the preparation and review of month-end financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables. Ryan holds a B.S. in Finance from West Virginia University. He began his career in property accounting and transitioned into an operational and financial analyst role, supporting the U.S. executive leadership team for a global property management company. Ryan spent the following years contracting with owner-operator and third-party property management firms to refine their accounting functions before joining Alpha Creek. With ten years of experience in property management, Ryan leverages his finance background to provide keen insights in reporting and analytics, maintaining a strong focus on customer service.

A New Jersey native, Ryan has resided in Georgia, West Virginia, and now lives in Florida with his girlfriend Leann and their two dogs. They enjoy spending their free time attending concerts, playing golf, and having fun at the beach while their dogs guard them from seagulls.

In his role as Accounts Payable and Treasury Supervisor for Alpha Creek Services, Sam oversees a team of specialists in treasury and accounts payable management for over 50,000 multifamily apartment units. Sam is responsible for managing the timeliness and effectiveness of payment processing, as well as providing real time treasury analytics to clients.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oglethorpe University. In his free time, Sam enjoys hiking, playing guitar, and spending time with his girlfriend, Natalie, and their cat, Millie.

As a principal of Alpha Creek Accounting, Tommy concentrates his efforts on managing the Alpha Creek office of more than 50 team members. Tommy's primary responsibilities consist of developing and implementing organization goals, as well as managing, monitoring, and reviewing business operations.

Tommy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Accountancy from Rhodes College. Tommy has over 15 years of accounting experience in the real estate industry, including public accounting where he focused on auditing affordable housing properties. Over the past 12 years, Tommy has helped build Alpha Creek into a nationally recognized accounting firm and has overseen the accounting of over 250,000 multifamily apartment units. During that period, the firm has grown from 4 to over 30 employees with servicing multifamily units from 5,000 to over 50,000.

As a native of Atlanta, Tommy has witnessed the city's vast development over the last 50 years. He is proud to call Atlanta his home. Tommy enjoys being active outdoors and going on adventurous trips with his wife Jessica, and son, Thomas.
